The full OTC Markets Filing being effected on or before December 12, 2011 will be available for download within hours of its filing. This will Include the Disclosure Statement, Historical and Current Financial Statements and Attorneys Letter. This filing will include OTC Market Disclosure requirements specific to the Mining Sector and the Material Agreements. As this filing exceeds 5,000 pages; it will be made available in clearly defined files for download.
